Fishing Charters
Join us for an action packed Half-Day or Full-day on Flathead Lake fishing charter, Whitefish Lake fishing charter, Flathead River or Clark Fork river. Our Lake and River charters are hosted upon clean, well kept boats with top quality equipment and guides with years of experience eager to create an awesome day catching fish. Show up with your fishing licenses (find out how to get them HERE) and dress for the weather, we will provide all necessary fishing equipment as well as light snacks and drinks for your day. If wanting to keep fish to eat, we will clean and filet them for you to take home after your charter.
Wild Horse Island Tours
Our most popular scenic tour is our Wild Horse Island Tour. This is a great opportunity to see some of Flathead Lakes amazing history and get up close and personal with some of our majestic wildlife. Wild Horse island, Flathead Lakes Largest island is home to a herd of Wild Horses as well as multitudes of Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer and many species of our native and migratory birds. We will pick you up at Somers Boat ramp, take a relaxing cruise down Flathead lake, admiring the sites and talking about local history, then stopping at the Painted Rocks, home to petroglyphs created by the Flathead Indian Tribe dating 800-1500 years old. We generally take a cruise around Wild Horse Island to find any wild life on the shoreline then drop you off where you have about 3 hours (or less if you so desire) to hike around and see the sights. We always wait on the shoreline ready to take you back to the ramp at any time. Once you are ready to go, we pick you up and take a cruise back to the ramp, snacks and drinks waiting for you on the boat.

Welcome to G3 Outfitters, where we strive to provide you with a high end, but relaxed experience on our pristine lakes and rivers near Glacier National Park. Our tours are customized to your needs, and are always able to be changed in order to fit your schedule and expectations. We have been fishing and exploring the Flathead Valley for over 10 years, and are ready to pass that knowledge onto you. From catching monster lake trout on Flathead Lake, to enjoying a serene evening cruise around Whitefish Lake with a gourmet meal we have you covered. Our guides have loads of experience and are eager to put you on the fish, or show you around our beautiful lakes and rivers. Our Boats
At G3 Outfitters we pride ourselves on safety and reliability of our equipment. We constantly test our equipment to ensure it is always operating at its top capacity. Our boats are well maintained and kept to an operating standard that ensures you will be safe and happy on and off the water. Our main vessel, a Weldcraft Maverick 240, is a 26ft boat that includes a cabin and ample bench seating for parties up to 5. We also operate the Lund Tyee, a 19ft boat that is geared towards smaller parties, and fishing those hard to reach places where a big boat simply can't get to. For those looking to get on the river, one of our experienced river guides will welcome you aboard their drift boats.
The Owner and Team
Gray Gordon is the owner and Operator of G3 Outfitters LLC. The name originating from his family nickname, G3, being Gray the 3rd after his father and grandfather. Gray is passionate about the outdoors, and when he isn't fishing spends his time Hiking, Skiing, Foraging our edible landscape, and preparing delicious meals for himself and his friends and family. Our team of Guides are seasoned locals with a thirst for adventure. Our team is proud to host you and welcome you to the G3 Outfitters Montana Experience.
